1542866062880965939_468598684 - Why is it so hard to give up on eating meat? Why are we so very quick to dismiss even trying sometimes? We hear all the time just how bad they are for us, and now, with all the drugs and chemicals pumped into them, it's even worse! They're nothing like what our grand-parents fed on. For me, it has been a process. According to Dr. Sebi, "we need to wean ourselves from these foods". But why is this meat thing so hard? Even when we research and acknowledge that chickens, cows, pigs, and sheep are all UNNATURAL man-made animals, we still eat them! Here what I deduce: it's the IRON in the blood. That iron gives us such a high. It satisfies. We bite into that meat, and we feel like we've had something solid to eat.
You see, the blood is primarily IRON. Yes, our blood and the blood of animals.... IRON. The more challenged we are to stop eating meats, the more deficient in IRON we are. After hundreds (even thousands) of years of eating incorrectly, we are all anaemic: some more than others. Be easy on yourself. It's a process. Slow is better than nothing at all. But, we must get started.
To accelerate your transition to an electric LIFE-SUSTAINING meat-free disease-free lifestyle, we must top up on our IRON from native plants and herbs. Not iron isolated as an "active ingredient" or made in a lab. Forget going to the chemist or pharmacy. Only IRON from all-natural native sources will satisfy, heal, and have chemical affinity with our bodies. Here are a few:- Sarsasparilla (highest concentration of iron in a plant)
Burdock root
Yellow dock
Red clover
Bugleweed
Quassia
Holy Thistle (aka Blessed Thistle)
Stinging Nettle
Chaparral
Dandelion

Or you can get compounds of these and other herbs in capsule or tonic form from the following:

www.herbalsdirect.co.uk - Iron Compound capsules
www.drsebiscellfood.com - Iron Plus tonic. Also Bio Ferro capsules or tonic

1542864843084957290_468598684 - If you are African American you probably have some of the same memories, like Madden and me, of attending social gatherings such as family reunion cookouts, house parties, or the annual Memorial Day white party where some guy is holding his own personal bottle of Hennessy or the table has three bottles of it on ice. Though men are typically seen drinking cognac in black culture, both men and women indulge in the beverage. And although cognac comes in a variety of options, such as #Martell and #RemyMartin, Hennessy beats them all out as the most consumed cognac in the American black community. Because of this,  it’s become synonymous with rap music and African Americans, who are the brand’s major consumers and advocates.

As a black woman, I began to wonder where this trend came from in the first place. Many articles circulating the webmention rap artist #BustaRhyme’s song, “#PasstheCourvoisier,” as the historical marker of when cognac consumption in the black community peaked. But #Busta wasn’t rapping about anything new; blacks had already been “passing” cognac for decades. And that’s because #Hennessy was one of the first spirit brands to authentically invest in a minority audience. Let’s take a quick look at the receipts.

The birth of Cognac originated in the southwest region of France when Dutch sailors needed ways to transport wine during long voyages. By the 18th and 19th centuries the new “burnt wine” was being exported to England, Holland, Asia, and America. According to a recent article in Slate, African Americans first documented consumption of cognac during World War II as they travelled throughout France.

Following the war, Hennessy placed advertisements in black publications — a decision that was rare given the times. “Hennessy was one of the first brands to feature an ad in the famous Ebony and Jet magazines with black models in the 1950s,” said Madden. Who knows if Hennessy was able then to predict that it was investing into an audience that Nielsen recently reported as the most brand- loyal and with a buying power of $1.2 trillion in 2015? But the strategy paid off. With an older generation of cognac drinkers, it was onl

1542863685037735375_468598684 - #ERICHOLDER, THE TRUTH ABOUT HEROIN! It’s Only A Problem Because White People Are Addicted!

Heroin use seems to be spiraling out of control! Apparently, the number of people who have tried heroin within a year has doubled from since 2005 until 2012 (and who knows how much more since!) Heroin related deaths have quintupled in the past 10 years!

That’s really bad and now people are starting to pay attention, of course as humans we have to do something and finally, it seems this problem is affecting policy.

BUT, after all the drug epidemics why now, why is heroin suddenly on the minds of administration and politicians? Why do they suddenly care!

It may be correlation without causation to say this but fact is that 90 percent of new heroin users are white! This isn’t a predominately black problem like crack was!

So you have to wonder why this is getting the ears of the elite? Why those who stamp the policy papers suddenly care…. Is it because it’s a white persons problem?

Eric Holder seems to think so.

Salon went into this discussing the documentary on Frontline, Chasing Heroin, they wrote:

The documentary extracts admissions from top policymakers of how race has altered our perception of heroin. In a startling scene from the documentary, Frontline correspondent Martin Smith, who is white, asks Attorney General Eric Holder, “Not to be too glib, but isn’t [the new public health response to addiction] because a lot of white kids are doing heroin?” Holder, who is the first African-American attorney general, struggles to be diplomatic. Smith presses him further. “Richard Pryor said, you know, famously—about cocaine—that it’s an epidemic now ‘cause white people are doin’ it.” Holder responds, “There’s an element of truth to that.” The documentary also interviews the director of the Centers for Disease Control, Tom Frieden, and a former senior White House advisor on drug policy, Keith Humphreys, who explain how deliberately they chose to start using the word “epidemic” around heroin abuse, a term that was quickly picked up by the media. Humphreys points out that politcians pay more attention to drugs when they begin to affect the white middl

1542852583889537408_468598684 - An elephant and a dog became pregnant at same time. Three months down the line the dog gave birth to six puppies. Six months later the dog was pregnant again, and nine months on it gave birth to another dozen puppies. The pattern continued. On the eighteenth month the dog approached the elephant questioning, "Are you sure that you are pregnant? We became pregnant on the same date, I have given birth three times to a dozen puppies and they are now grown to become big dogs, yet you are still pregnant. Whats going on?". The elephant replied, "There is something I want you to understand. What I am carrying is not a puppy but an elephant. I only give birth to one in two years. When my baby hits the ground, the earth feels it. When my baby crosses the road, human beings stop and watch in admiration, what I carry draws attention. So what I'm carrying is mighty and great.". Don't lose faith when you see others receive answers to their prayers. Don't be envious of others testimony. If you haven't received your own blessings, don't despair. 1542350341889339460_468598684 - Petroleum Jelly
A byproduct of oil refining processes, petroleum jelly is not eco-friendly or sustainable. It was originally discovered at the base of oil rigs. Then, it was refined so that it can be used in the beauty industry. Its safety and package info says that all dangerous components are removed prior to adding it in personal care and beauty products. However, certain people claim that there are still dangerous components which remain, such as hydrocarbons.
What Does Petroleum Jelly Do on the Skin?Petroleum jelly is part of all types of products, including those for baby care. It can also be written as Mineral oil, Petrolatum, Paraffin oil or Liquid oil on the labels.Petroleum jelly is excellent for holding in moisture, but it also has certain disadvantages. Because it isn’t water soluble and it is waterproof, it creates a waterproof barrier on your skin. You may think that this is good, but it is not. In this way, petroleum jelly blocks the pores, thus bacteria and residue remain in the body. Because of this, you shouldn’t use it on a sunburn or burnt skin. It is going to lock the heat and the body will not be able to heal itself.
Additionally, you may think that petroleum jelly moisturizes and hydrates your skin, but this is not the case. There is nothing in it which actually nourishes the skin.Use these Alternatives for Your Skin:Shea Butter,Cocoa Butter, Beeswax, Jojoba oil, Almond oil and unrefined virgin Coconut oil.#blackhealth #blackhealthmatters #holistichealth #holisticliving #holisticlifestyle #vaseline

1542342395906409079_468598684 - Dairy milk accounts for about 80 percent of estrogen consumed through the human diet. And since all milk products are produces from pregnant cows, your milk contains about 33 times as much estrogen as milk from non-pregnant cows. From an economical standpoint, keeping dairy cows pregnant makes sense. Most of the milk you drink comes from cows that are kept pregnant for almost 300 days of the year. According to many studies, the milk of a cow that is at the late stages of pregnancy can contain up to 33 times more estrogen than that of non-pregnant cows.

Almost 60 different hormones can be found in cows milk. One study found that cows’ milk contains estrogens. Four samples of milk from non-pregnant cows were analyzed, free estrone were 23, 22, 27 and 24 pg mL, and values for total estrone were 162, 208, 174, and 243 pg mL. It gets better though, the #estrogen levels in milk is even higher during pregnancy of a cow. Levels rose progressively during pregnancy from a mean value of 80-100 pg mL at 60-80 d of pregnancy to a value of around 1,000 pg mL.

So that means you are consuming almost 1,000 pg mL of estrogen in that milk. Any amount of estrogen is bad but 1,000 pg mL is a nasty amount.

Drinking pregnant #cows milk can account to a staggering 60-70% of our endogenous estrogen exposure.

Researchers have long noted that many types of hormone-related cancers, such as breast, testicular and prostate, are significantly higher in populations with high levels of #milk and #dairy consumption. #uglybynature
