1520832545368611467_469753803 - @Regrann from @pepperspray_media - " The day Malcolm was murdered, an audience member at the Audubon Ballroom gave a more explicit pronouncement about the value of Malcolm’s words when he told a reporter waiting for Malcolm to speak that, “Malcolm is our only hope. You can depend on him to tell it like is and to give Whitey hell.” Malcolm began speaking for the Nation of Islam in 1952. Almost immediately his speeches addressed the problems Black America was having with White America. They were more religious based than political at the time, but the effect on society was almost the same as his later speeches. He taught Black America at the time things about themselves that mainstream America had failed to teach them. "

1520584858001673817_1335213704 - Do not use his name in vain. It's important to remember why the honorable Malcolm X was/is so loved. As I stated and will repeat many of times. He is one of the most genuine, unapologetic, honest, humble, and intelligent men I have ever seen or heard. Someone who was not afraid for a second to be in the struggle. Someone as a man who devoted his life to his people and to living in righteousness. So before you post him, look at yourself and ask am I doing things that could potentially setback anything this man have done? Before you hold your tongue on issues remember this man went through hell for his truth. As someone who has stated "I'm for truth, no matter who tells it. I'm for justice, no matter who it is for or against." Don't ever be shy to expose or LEARN the truth and wrong doings of other's or even our "own". In 2017 there's a lot of "cooning" or foolishness. Being done or thrown in our people faces. It has now become shameful to speak against any factors, systems, and tactics that attempts to hold us back as a community. There is a limit amount of integrity that people hold nowadays, and a little amount of chance that you will come across anyone who has any. Do not use his name in vain if you encourage or enable those who are sent to put us down. A true King and Revolutionary. There was nothing half about him. If he was for the people then he was for the people. Nothing two sided about him. 👑 ( I pay my respects to the late Steve Cokely and Dr.Sebi who has also never been scared to expose the truth.) Also follow @u.b.newz someone who is will always tell you how it is! #criticalthinking #Read #Learn #Payattention #Elhajjmalikshabazz #bringbacksubstance #bringbackintegrity #malcolmx #Activism #Devotion #Change #Courage #Respect #MalcolmX #Honesty #authenticity #stevecokely #Boule #Drsebi #ubnewz

1519785187763255048_305205316 - I remember young #Malcolm tellin us these stories when he came back from his #Hajj Lord knows I miss him so much but still feel his presence! Regardless of what u may hear or read about my yung bro @mecka1084 #HajjMalcolmLatifElShabazz from what I observed and experienced, he was truly sincere in honoring his grandfather's legacy for #AlIslam #AfricanLiberation & #Revolution the best way he knew how, always focusing on the principles of #unity & #education I can recall having historical debates and deep theological discussions wit him & I was always impressed by his depth of knowledge..but the system made sure that the 1st male heir, namesake & grandson of #ElHajjMalikShabazz #MalcolmX was not allowed to thrive or survive & he was taken out a few days before his grandfather's birthday on 5/9/13 @ only 28yrs old! Peace and blessings be upon him & his family #DuaasUp #Justice4MalcolmShabazz #AhlulBayt #Alhumdulilah #LTPFJ

1519731520881266670_39134017 - Join us TODAY for our 3rd annual Malcolm X Day Community Celebration in the Bayview / Hunters Point Comm-Unity, San Francisco on Sunday, May 21, 2017, 2:00 pm-6:00p.m., at Kenneth Harding Plaza, Third and Palou, #Bayview #HuntersPoint #MalcolmXDay #SanFrancisco is part of a national effort to declare #May19th the birthday of #MalcolmX #ElHajjMalikShabazz – an official holiday. Malcolm X Day will be celebrated in SF's Bayview Hunters Point District on Sunday, May 21, 2017 with free outdoor music, food and guest speakers. The event is dedicated to raising awareness of and seeking solutions for current challenges faced by San Francisco residents – gentrification, unemployment, poverty, racist discrimination and police brutality – in the context of the ideology and principles of Malcolm X. Malcolm X Day San Francisco celebrates the life, work, ideology and leadership of a man whose relevance to American society remains as powerful and important today as it was during his lifetime. His acute intelligence, personal integrity and search for truth and justice transformed him from a young, disadvantaged boy to Harlem criminal to prisoner, from dynamic Nation of Islam minister to a powerful global human rights leader. He strove unceasingly and uncompromisingly to gain unity, self-respect and self-determination for all Afrikan Black peoples of the world and believed in achieving Black freedom #BYANYMEANSNECESSARY. His life and work can be an inspiration to all of us regardless of race, religion or economic status. May 19, National Malcolm X Day, seeks to restore his true ideology and principles and to challenge the willfully wrong “violent white hate” message propagated by the white power structure that purposely excludes him from the American education system and mainstream culture.

1518594755016486809_3419607020 - Another 2016 drawing of Malcolm little before he became Malcolm X. This time it's a mugshot of Malcolm when he was known as Detroit Red, which is a name he got because of his reddish hair. It was also when Malcolm was selling drugs, doing burglaries, etc before he finally because a powerful leader for all black people. #malcolmxday #malcolmlittle #malcolmx #omowale #elhajjmalikshabazz #elhajjmalikelshabazz #detroitred #autobiographyofmalcolmx #blacknationalism #blackart #Panafricanism
